When something no longer feels quite right
Something may have shifted, even if it’s hard to explain.
You might find yourself feeling unsettled, disconnected, or quietly questioning things you once felt certain about. At times, it can be difficult to make sense of what is happening, or where to turn next.
You may have been managing on your own for some time, but holding everything in place can begin to feel exhausting.
A space to think, feel, and begin to understand
Therapy offers you the opportunity to slow down and reflect on your experience, your thoughts, your feelings, and the questions that may not have easy answers.
Rather than focusing on quick solutions, together, we take time to explore what is happening beneath the surface, at a pace that feels right for you.
Through this process, things can begin to feel clearer, more manageable, and more connected.
How I can help
I work with adults who may be experiencing:
- Anxiety or a persistent sense of unease
- Feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain
- Difficulties in relationships
- Questions around identity, meaning, or direction
- A sense that something isn’t quite right
You don’t need to have a clear reason for coming to therapy, only a sense that you would like things to feel different.
Ways of working
I offer:
Short-term psychotherapy
A focused piece of work, often centred around a particular difficulty, life transition, or question you would like to explore.
Long-term psychotherapy
A deeper, ongoing exploration of your experiences, relationships, patterns, and sense of self, allowing space for lasting understanding and change.
Single Session Therapy
A one-off extended session for those seeking support with a specific issue, decision, or life situation. Single Session Therapy can offer clarity, perspective, and a dedicated space to think through what is most important to you at this moment.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Alongside one-to-one psychotherapy, I offer wellbeing workshops, events and retreats.
These spaces provide an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and explore new perspectives within a supportive environment.
Current and upcoming events include relaxation workshops, reflective practice retreats for helping professionals, and experiential workshops incorporating creative and embodied approaches.
I am also available to develop and facilitate bespoke workshops, reflective spaces and retreats for organisations, teams and professional groups.
